ত্রিপুরার নাম ভাঙ্গিয়ে বহিঃরাজ্যের খেলোয়াড়দের জাতীয় স্তরে অংশগ্রহণ,খেলোয়াড় ও ত্রিপুরা ভলিবল অ্যাসোসিয়েশনের তীব্র প্রতিবাদ ও থানায় অভিযোগ দায়ের করা হয়েছে। আজ সোমবার, বিকাল ৪টায় আগরতলা উমাকান্ত একাডেমি ভলিবল কোর্টে আগরতলা শহরের ভলিবল খেলোয়াড়দের উদ্যোগে এক বিশাল বিক্ষোভ কর্মসূচি অনুষ্ঠিত হয়েছে। উল্লেখ্য, রাজস্থানে ১৬ থেকে ২২শে ডিসেম্বর পর্যন্ত অনুষ্ঠিত হয়েছে ৪৯তম জাতীয় জুনিয়র ভলিবল চ্যাম্পিয়নশিপ। ত্রিপুরা ভলিবল অ্যাসোসিয়েশন এই বছর উক্ত চ্যাম্পিয়নশিপে কোনো দল পাঠায় নি। তা সত্ত্বেও দেখা গেছে, রাজস্থানে ত্রিপুরার নাম ব্যবহার করে বহিঃরাজ্যের কিছু খেলোয়াড় এই প্রতিযোগিতায় অংশগ্রহণ করেছে। রাজ্যের নিজস্ব প্রতিভাবান খেলোয়াড়রা থাকা সত্ত্বেও কীভাবে এবং কাদের মদতে ভিন্ রাজ্যের খেলোয়াড়রা ত্রিপুরার নাম ব্যবহার করে জাতীয় মঞ্চে নামল, তা নিয়ে খেলোয়াড় মহলে তীব্র ক্ষোভের সৃষ্টি হয়েছে। বিক্ষোভ কর্মসূচি শেষে ত্রিপুরা ভলিবল অ্যাসোসিয়েশনের কর্মকর্তারা সাংবাদিকদের সাথে এক আলোচনা সভায় মিলিত হন। সংগঠনের সভাপতি প্রদীপ চন্দ সরাসরি অভিযোগ তুলে বলেন, “আশীষ কুমার সাহারা টাকার বিনিময়ে রাজ্যের নাম বহিঃরাজ্যের খেলোয়াড়দের কাছে বিক্রি করে দিয়েছেন।” তিনি প্রশ্ন তোলেন, আশীষ কুমার সাহা এবং প্রসন্ন ভট্টাচার্য ত্রিপুরা ভলিবলের ঠিক কে? কোন অধিকারে তাঁরা রাজ্যের নাম ব্যবহার করে দল পাঠালেন? ভলিবল ফেডারেশন অফ ইন্ডিয়া-এর কাছেও এই ঘটনার কৈফিয়ত দাবি করা হয়েছে। বিক্ষোভ কর্মসূচি থেকে ভলিবল ফেডারেশন অফ ইন্ডিয়া এবং সংশ্লিষ্ট কর্তৃপক্ষের কাছে সরাসরি কয়েকটি প্রশ্ন ও দাবি রাখা হয়েছে:
১. রাজ্যে প্রতিভাবান ভলিবল খেলোয়াড় থাকা সত্ত্বেও কেন তাদের সুযোগ না দিয়ে বহিঃরাজ্যের খেলোয়াড়দের ত্রিপুরার নাম ব্যবহার করে খেলানো হলো?
২. কার অনুমতিতে বা কোন প্রক্রিয়ায় এই ভুয়া দলটিকে ত্রিপুরার প্রতিনিধি হিসেবে পাঠানো হলো?
৩. এই অনৈতিক কাজের নেপথ্যে কাঁরা জড়িত এবং কার স্বার্থে রাজ্যের খেলোয়াড়দের ভবিষ্যৎ নষ্ট করা হচ্ছে?
৪. আশীষ কুমার সাহা এবং প্রসন্ন ভট্টাচার্য—এই ব্যক্তিদের ত্রিপুরা ভলিবলের সাথে বর্তমান সম্পর্ক কী এবং এই ঘটনায় তাদের ভূমিকা কী, তা জনসমক্ষে স্পষ্ট করতে হবে।
ত্রিপুরা অলিম্পিক অ্যাসোসিয়েশনের সাধারণ সম্পাদক সুজিত রায়, ত্রিপুরা ভলিবল অ্যাসোসিয়েশনের সাধারণ সম্পাদক বিমান দেব, কোষাধ্যক্ষ উত্তম মালাকার, ত্রিপুরা ভলিবল রেফারি বোর্ডের মিডিয়া ইনচার্জ ও যুগ্ম কনভেনর মনীষ দেবনাথ, মিডিয়া ইনচার্জ ও যুগ্ম কনভেনার, অ্যাডভাইজারি কমিটির কনভেনার স্বপন চক্রবর্তী, ত্রিপুরা ভলিবল সংস্থার সহ-সভাপতি তপন সাহা, যুগ্ম সম্পাদক তাপস নাগ প্রমূখ এই বিক্ষোভ সমাবেশে উপস্থিত ছিলেন। এই নজিরবিহীন জালিয়াতির বিরুদ্ধে আজই আগরতলা পশ্চিম থানায় দুটি পৃথক অভিযোগ এফ আই আর দায়ের করা হয়েছে। একটি খেলোয়াড়দের পক্ষ থেকে এবং অন্যটি ত্রিপুরা ভলিবল অ্যাসোসিয়েশনের পক্ষ থেকে অভিযোগ দাখিল করা হয়েছে। দাবি রাখা হয়েছে:-
১. যারা ত্রিপুরার নাম ব্যবহার করে খেলেছে, তাদের আসল পরিচয় উদঘাটন করা।
২. নেপথ্যে থেকে কারা এই ভুয়ো দল পাঠিয়েছে, তাদের চিহ্নিত করা।
৩. ফেডারেশন কীভাবে এই দলকে স্বীকৃতি দিল, তার স্বচ্ছ তদন্ত করা।
৪. দোষীদের দৃষ্টান্তমূলক শাস্তির ব্যবস্থা করা।
ত্রিপুরা ভলিবল অ্যাসোসিয়েশন এবং রাজ্যের খেলোয়াড় সমাজ এই ঘটনার শেষ না দেখা পর্যন্ত আন্দোলন চালিয়ে যাওয়ার অঙ্গীকার ব্যক্ত করেছে।
