দাপট দেখালো এন এস আর সি সি-র জুডোকাররা। পশ্চিম জেলা জুডো প্রতিযোগিতায়। রবিবার এন এস আর সি সি-র জুডো হল ঘরে অনুষ্ঠিত হয় প্রতিযোগিতা। তাতে এন এস আর সি সি-র পাশাপাশি মোহনপুর, এ ডি সি এবং ওল্ড আগরতলার জুডোকার-রা অংশ নেয়। উদ্বোধনী অনুষ্ঠানে উপস্থিত ছিলেন বিধায়ক কৃষ্ণধন দাস এবং পশ্চিম জেলার সভাধিপতি বিশ্বজিৎ শীল। আসরে মোট ৭২ জন জুডোকার অংশগ্রহণ করে। প্রতিযোগিতায় দশটি স্বর্ণপদক জয় করে শিরোপা দখল করে এন এস আর সি সি কোচিং সেন্টার। তিনটি স্বর্ণপদকে দ্বিতীয় স্থান দখল করে ওল্ড আগরতলা। এ মাসের ২৬ -২৯ জুন অনুষ্ঠিত হবে রাজ্য জুডো প্রতিযোগিতা। আগরতলায় হবে রাজ্য আসর। রাজ্য আসরে অংশগ্রহণের লক্ষ্যেই অনুষ্ঠিত হয়েছে পশ্চিম জেলা আসর। পশ্চিম জেলা আসর থেকে রাজ্য আসরের জন্য গঠিত হয় পশ্চিম জেলার দল। এদিকে আর সি সি-র জুডোকারদের দুরন্ত পারফরমেন্সে খুশি কোচ প্রদীপ সরকার। তিনি অভিনন্দন জানান জুডোকারদের। বিশ্বাস করেন রাজ্য আসরেও ওই সেন্টারে জুদৌকাররা দাপট দেখাবেই।
