ছিটকে গেলো ত্রিপুরা। জাতীয় জুনিয়র বালিকাদের ফুটবল থেকে। বুধবার নিজেদের প্রথম ম্যাচে উত্তরপ্রদেশের বিরুদ্ধে হাফ ডজন গোল হজম করলো রাজ্য দল। নাগাল্যান্ডের ডিমাপুরের চুমদিমা মাঠে এদিন ফ্লাড লাইটে অনুষ্ঠিত হয় ম্যাচটি। তাতে আগাগোড়া প্রাধান্য নিয়ে খেলে জয় ছিনিয়ে নেয় উত্তর প্রদেশ। প্রথমার্ধেই ত্রিপুরা পিছিয়ে ছিল ১-৩ গোলে। দ্বিতীয়ার্ধে আরো তিনটি গোল হজম করে রাজ্য দল। ফলে ৬-১ গোলে বিধ্বস্ত হলো সুজিত ঘোষের মেয়েরা। পুরার পক্ষে একমাত্র গোলটি করেন বিজিয়া দেববর্মা। খেলা শেষে ত্রিপুরা দলের কোচ সুজিত ঘোষ টেলিফোনে বলেন, সব বিভাগে বিপক্ষ দল আমাদের ছাপিয়ে গেছে। যোগ্য দল হিসেবে জয় পেয়েছে উত্তর প্রদেশ। দুর্বল গোলকিপিং এর খেসারত দিতে হয়েছে আমাদের। ৫ ডিসেম্বর ফিরতি ম্যাচে ত্রিপুরা খেলবে উত্তরপ্রদেশের বিরুদ্ধে।
