একদিন বন্ধ থাকার পর শুক্রবার হবে দুটি ম্যাচ। রাজ্য ফুটবল সংস্থা আয়োজিত ‘সোনারতরী’ দ্বিতীয় ডিভিশন লিগ ফুটবলে। আজ বিকেল সাড়ে তিনটায় মৌচাক ক্লাব খেলবে নবোদয় সংঘের বিরুদ্ধে এবং সন্ধ্যা ছয়টায় স্কাইলার্ক ক্লাব খেলবে পুলিশ আর সি দলের বিরুদ্ধে। দুটি ম্যাচে কার্যত নিয়ম রক্ষার। চার দলই খেতাবের দৌর থেকে অনেকটাই পিছিয়ে গেছে। চারটি দলই পাঁচটি করে ম্যাচ খেলে নিয়েছে। পাঁচ ম্যাচ খেলে মৌচাকের পয়েন্ট সাত, নবোদয় সংঘের পয়েন্ট ছয়, পুলিশ আর সি-র পয়েন্ট চার এবং স্কাইলার্কের পয়েন্ট তিন। আপাতত ১৩ পয়েন্ট নিয়ে শীর্ষে রয়েছে ঐকতান যুব সংস্থা পাঁচ ম্যাচ খেলে। চার ম্যাচ খেলে নয় পয়েন্ট নিয়ে দ্বিতীয় স্থানে রয়েছে বীরেন্দ্র ক্লাব। ফলে শুক্রবারের ম্যাচ দুটি হবে নিয়ম রক্ষার। তারপরও চার দল চাইছে নিজেদের সেরা ফুটবলটা নিংড়ে দিয়ে জয় ছিনিয়ে নিয়ে ক্লাবকে ৯ দলীয় আসরের কিছুটা উপরে রাখতে। চার দলই বৃহস্পতিবার শেষ প্রস্তুতি সেরে নেয়। আজ ফেভারেট হিসেবেই মাঠে নামবে মৌচাক ক্লাব এবং পুলিশ আর সি দল। তবে নবোদয় সংঘ এবং স্কাইলার্ক ক্লাব কড়া চ্যালেঞ্জ ছুঁড়ে দিতে প্রস্তুত বলে জানা গেছে।
