দ্বিতীয় বর্ষ আন্ত ক্লাব দাবা প্রতিযোগিতায় চ্যাম্পিয়ন হলো নবদিগন্ত ক্লাব। ২৭ পয়েন্টে শিরোপা দখল করল ওই ক্লাব। ওই ক্লাবের হয়ে খেলেছেন অগ্রজিত পাল, শাক্য সিনহা মোদক, আদ্রস কর্মকার, সোমরাজ সাহা এবং সুলেখা দাস। আসরের প্রথম আটটি ক্লাব আগামী বছর প্রিমিয়ার লিগে খেলার যোগ্যতা অর্জন করেছে। এই আটটি ক্লাব হলো নবদিগন্ত ক্লাব, আপনজন ক্লাব, মিলনচক্র, বিবেকানন্দ সংঘ, কসমোপলিটন ক্লাব, এগিয়ে চলো সংঘ, আর আর এ এ এবং মহান ক্লাব। এদিন খেলা শেষে হয় পুরস্কার বিতরণী অনুষ্ঠান। নাগের জলা স্থিত রাজ্য দাবা সংস্থার অফিস বাড়িতে অনুষ্ঠিত হয়েছে আসর। উপস্থিত ছিলেন রাজ্য সংস্থার সচিব মিঠু দেবনাথ সহ অন্যান্যরা। দীর্ঘ বছর পর ক্লাব আসর পুনরায় শুরু হয় দাবারুদের মধ্যে ব্যাপক উৎসাহ লক্ষ্য করা গেছে।
