কদমতলা যুব সংস্থার বিরুদ্ধে বিধ্বস্ত হলো উমাকান্ত কোচিং সেন্টার। রাজ্য ফুটবল সংস্থা আয়োজিত তৃতীয় ডিভিশন লিগ ফুটবলে। উমাকান্ত মিনি স্টেডিয়ামে শনিবার বিকেলে হয় ম্যাচটি। দু দলের কাছেই ম্যাচটি ছিল নিয়ম রক্ষার। তারপরও দু’দলের ফুটবলাররা চাইছিলেন জয় দিয়ে মরশুম শেষ করতে। সেই লক্ষ্যে কদমতলা যুব সংস্থার ফুটবলাররা আক্রমাত্মক ফুটবল খেলা শুরু করে ম্যাচের শুরু থেকে। অপর দিকে অনভিজ্ঞ উমাকান্ত কোচিং সেন্টারে ফুটবলাররা কিছুটা তেড়ে-ফুরে খেলার চেষ্টা করলে বিরতির পর যেন দমের অভাব লক্ষ্য করা যায়। তার ফলে পিছিয়ে পড়ে উমাকান্ত কোচিং সেন্টার। ম্যাচে ৬-৩ গোলে জয়লাভ করে কদমতলা যুব সংস্থা। ম্যাচ শুরুর ২৫ মিনিটের মাথায় আরমা জমাতিয়ার গোলে এগিয়ে গিয়েছিলো কদমতলা যুব সংস্থা। তবে ব্যবধান বেশিক্ষণ ধরে রাখতে পারেনি। গোল হজম করার এক মিনিট পর দিলশান উচাই সমতা ফেরান। ২৯ মিনিটে আসলাং জমাতিয়া গোল করে কদমতলা যুব সংস্থাকে আবার এগিয়ে দেন। ৩৬ মিনিটে আমার জমাতিয়া ব্যবধান আরও বাড়ান। প্রথমার্ধের শেষ সময়ে আক্রমণে ঝড় তোলার চেষ্টা করেন উমাকান্ত কোচিং সেন্টারে ফুটবলাররা। ওই অর্ধের ৪২ মিনিটে বয়ার দেববর্মা এবং ৪৪ মিনিটে আলি আহমেদ গোল করে সমতা ফেরান। ধারণা করা হয়েছিল দ্বিতীয়ার্ধে ম্যাচ আরও জমে উঠবে। কিন্তু তা হলো না। দমের অভাবে পিছিয়ে পড়ে উমাকান্ত কোচিং সেন্টার। ওই অর্ধের ৫৫ এবং ৬৩ মিনিটে সুভাষ জমাতিয়া, ৭৯ মিনিটে দিপু চাকমা গোল করে কদমতলা যুব সংস্থাকে জয় এনে দেন। রেফারি পল্লব চক্রবর্তী হলুদ কার্ড দেখান বিজয়ী দলের দুলাল দেববর্মাকে।
