পিছিয়ে যাচ্ছে সদর আন্ত: স্কুল ক্রিকেট প্রতিযোগিতার কোয়ার্টার ফাইনাল এবং জে সি লিগ ক্রিকেটের শেষ চারটি ম্যাচ। প্রবল বর্ষনে প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ দেখা দিয়েছে রাজ্যে। বিভিন্ন মাঠ এখন খেলার উপযুক্ত নয়। ওই অবস্থায় আসর পিছিয়ে দিতে বাধ্য হচ্ছে রাজ্য ক্রিকেট সংস্থা। এ খবর জানান রাজ্য ক্রিকেট সংস্থার সচিব সুব্রত দের। তিনি বলেন, যে পরিস্থিতি তাতে এই মুহূর্তে খেলা চালানো সম্ভব নয়। পরিস্থিতি ঠিক হলেই পুনরায় শুরু হবে আসর। প্রসঙ্গত: সদর আন্ত: স্কুল ক্রিকেটের গ্রুপ লীগের খেলা শেষ হওয়ার পর ২৯ জুন কোয়ার্টার ফাইনাল ম্যাচের দিন শুরু হয়ে গিয়েছিলো মুষলধারে বৃষ্টি। ফলে বাধ্য হয়ে পিছিয়ে দিয়েছিল আসর রাজ্য ক্রিকেট সংস্থা। সিদ্ধান্ত হয়েছিল, ৩ জুলাই হবে আসরের চারটি কোয়ার্টার ফাইনাল ম্যাচ। কিন্তু প্রবল বর্ষণে এখন আর এই খেলা শুরু করা সম্ভব হচ্ছে না। তাই পরিস্থিতি খেলার অনুকূল হলেই নতুন করে সুচি ঘোষিত হবে।
