বিবেকানন্দ ক্লাবকে রুখে দিলো কেশব সংঘ। প্রায় ৭০ মিনিট এগিয়ে থেকেও পুরো পয়েন্ট নিয়ে মাঠ ছাড়তে পারলো না বিবেকানন্দ ক্লাব। রাজ্য ফুটবল সংস্থা আয়োজিত তৃতীয় ডিভিশন লীগ ফুটবলে। মঙ্গলবার উমাকান্ত মিনি স্টেডিয়ামে অনুষ্ঠিত দু দলের ম্যাচটি ১-১ গোলে অমীমাংসিত ভাবে শেষ হয়। এদিন সকাল থেকেই মুষলধারে বৃষ্টি হওয়ায় উমাকান্ত মাঠ অনেকটা পিচ্ছিল হয়ে পড়ে। ফলে দু-দলের ফুটবলারদের কিছুটা অসুবিধা হয় খেলতে। তার উপর খেলা যখন চলছিল তখন অবিরাম গতিতে বৃষ্টি হচ্ছিল। এর প্রভাব পড়ে খেলায়। তারপরও দু’দলের ফুটবলাররা শুরু থেকেই চেষ্টা করেছিল ভালো খেলার। কিন্তু আক্রমণভাগের ফুটবলারদের ব্যর্থতায় বিপক্ষের জাল নাড়াতে তেমনভাবে পারেনি দু-দলের ফুটবলাররা। ম্যাচ শুরুর ৩৫ মিনিটের মাথায় জাকারিয়া মলশুমের গোলে এগিয়ে গিয়েছিল বিবেকানন্দ ক্লাব। গোল হজম করার পর সমতা ফেরানোর জন্য মরিয়া হয়ে উঠেন কেশব সঙ্ঘের ফুটবলাররা। শুরু হয় পাল্টা আক্রমণ। কিন্তু প্রথমার্ধে সমতা ফেরাতে পারেনি কেসব সংঘ। দ্বিতীয়ার্ধে আক্রমণের গতি আরও বাড়ান রুবেল দেববর্মা-রা। তাতে আসে সাফল্য । ৭০ মিনিটে রাজ্য কুমার জমাতিয়া সমতা ফেরান। শেষ ২০ মিনিট কোনও দলের ফুটবলাররাই আর জাল নাড়াতে ব্যর্থ হয়। রেফারি আদিত্য দেববর্মা হলুদ কার্ড দেখান কেশব সংঘের খাচাং দেববর্মা, জবন কিশোর জমাতিয়া এবং বিবেকানন্দ ক্লাবের জুভিয়াল দেববর্মাকে।
