প্রীতি হকিতে জয়লাভ করলো ত্রিপুরা পুলিশ। পরাজিত করলো এডি নগর পুলিশ গ্রাউন্ড কোচিং সেন্টারকে। অলিম্পিক দিবস উপলক্ষে পুলিশ মাঠে হয় ওই ম্যাচটি। রাজ্য হকির সংস্থার উদ্যোগে। তাতে উপস্থিত ছিলেন রাজ্য সংস্থার কর্তাদের পাশাপাশি ক্রীড়া পর্ষদের যুগ্ম সচিব স্বপন সাহা। ম্যাচে ৩-১ গোলে জয়লাভ করে ত্রিপুরা পুলিশ দল। ত্রিপুরা পুলিশ দলের পক্ষে গোবিন্দ রায়, হাবেল গুড়িয়া এবং খাজেন্দ্র কলই গোল করেন। বিজীত দলের পক্ষে একমাত্র গোলটি করেন দেবজিৎ মালাকার। অলিম্পিক দিবসকে স্মরণীয় করে রাখার লক্ষ্যেই রাজ্য সংস্থার এই উদ্যোগ। ম্যাচকে ঘিরে ব্যাপক উৎসাহ লক্ষ্য করা যায়।
