প্রয়াত ফুটবলার অলক জমাতিয়ার পরিবারের পাশে দাঁড়ালো রামকৃষ্ণ ক্লাব। গেল দু বছর রামকৃষ্ণ ক্লাবের হয়ে খেলেছিলেন অমরপুরের বন্দরঘাটের ওই গোলরক্ষকটি। পয়লা বৈশাখ মারা যায় সে। ২৫ বছর বয়সি ওই ফুটবলারটি বেশ কয়েকদিন ধরেই জ্বরে আক্রান্ত ছিলেন। শুক্রবার রামকৃষ্ণ ক্লাবের পক্ষ থেকে ওই ক্লাবের স্পোর্টস কমিটির দায়িত্ব থাকা অমিত কুমার দেব এবং ক্লাবের কোচ কৌশিক রায় অমরপুরে গিয়ে প্রয়াত অলকের মা-র হাতে ১০ হাজার টাকা তুলে দেন।
এছাড়া রামকৃষ্ণ ক্লাবের পক্ষ থেকে শোক জানানো হয়। ক্লাবের পক্ষ থেকে অমিত কুমার দেব এ খবর জানান। তিনি বলেন, গেলো দু’বছর দায়িত্বের সঙ্গে আমাদের ক্লাবের হয়ে গোল রক্ষা করেছিলেন। আমাদের উচিত ওই সংকটময় অবস্থায় অলকের পরিবারের পাশে থাকা। তা মাথায় রেখেই আমরা এসেছি ওর বাড়িতে। আগামী দিনও ওর পরিবারের পাশে থাকবো আমরা।
